gems girls clubs

Thursdays from 7 - 9 pm

GEMS Girls' Clubs seeks to equip women and girls to live radically faithful lives doing justice, loving mercy, and walking humbly with God.

Games, crafts, singing, badge work and Bible lessons are all planned to help the girls meet their Saviour.

GEMS is a program for girls ages 8 or grade 3 - 13 and meets Thursday nights from 7pm - 9pm, September through the beginning of May.

Gems begins Thursday, September 28th from 7-9 pm.

This years GEMS theme is Rise UP Lessons from Queen Esther. Girls face unique challenges and unsustainable pressures in a culture of confusion about who they are and what is Truth.

THERE’S NOTHING FAIRY-TALE-LIKE ABOUT BEING A GIRL TODAY

Queen Esther got it. She may not have been perfect, but she is a perfect example to today’s girls of how to live set apart in a faithless culture. When girls learn who God is and what He says about them, they will rise up in His strength and stand strong in their faith, having complete confidence that they will be okay, no matter what.

Bible Studies

Join us for a Bible Study! We would love to study God's word with you.

LADIES BIBLE STUDY:

Join us as we study Colossians together beginning October 16th at 7pm.  In the book of Colossians, a letter written by the apostle Paul in the first century A.D., we discover the wonders of a "mystery that [was] hidden for ages" (1:26). That mystery is Jesus Christ, now revealed for all people to see as the Savior who transforms us and makes us new. In this study we explore with Paul and the Colossians the amazing depths of God's love for us in Christ, in whom "all things hold together" (1:17), so that we can also live by that love in all our relationships.  Books are available on the table by the office today

BIBLE STUDY ON THE BOOK OF ECCLESIASTES:

Meaningless! Meaningless!” says the Teacher. “Utterly meaningless! Everything is meaningless.”

(Ecclesiastes 1:2).
Mark your calendars!
Tuesday October 24th is the start date for our Bible Study on the book of Ecclesiastes.
